Running Rumble for a Team or Client: Channels, Studio Roles and Moderators
How can a team or agency run Rumble channels the documented way?
Rumble's Help Center documents team help in a few specific places, and it does not describe a way to give another person their own login to a channel. The tools it does describe are channels under one account, admin and moderator roles inside Rumble Studio livestreams, moderators for live chat, and a Live Stream API link that the owner can reset. These pages were read on 3 October 2026, and Rumble's Our Apps page also lists Rumble Studio as a phone app.
In practice the account owner keeps the login and the security settings, and everything else is delegation inside those limits. The ownership idea in managing multiple client ad accounts, where the client owns the account and the agency gets access, is the model to aim for. Rumble's pages read here describe no partner-access feature to match it.
Who can do what on a Rumble channel?
| Person | What Rumble documents | Where it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Account owner (the login) | Creates channels, adds videos, picks the channel to stream as, sets up 2FA, signs out of all devices, closes the account | The account and all its channels |
| Rumble Studio admin | Broader production controls: stream management tools and overlays | Rumble Studio livestreams |
| Rumble Studio moderator | Chat-focused controls for that livestream room: delete messages, mute users, pin comments | One livestream room |
| Channel moderator in live chat | Powers given by the channel owner to remove messages and mute users | Live chat of the channel's livestream |
| Holder of the Live Stream API link | Receives live data such as followers, chat messages, rants and subs; the owner can reset the link to revoke access | Overlays and streaming software |
To give a Studio role, follow the Help Center article (updated 18 March 2026):
- Open the Participants panel and find the person.
- Select the three dots next to their name.
- Choose Add Admin or Add Moderator, depending on the access you want them to have.
- Check that their controls now match the role. The article says a participant's available controls reflect the permissions of the role.
One limit matters for agencies: Studio streams to only one Rumble channel or account at a time (Studio FAQ, updated 11 February 2026), so two client channels cannot be driven from one Studio session at once.
What do the Terms expect when you publish for someone else?
Content you submit through your Rumble account falls under the Agency Agreement in the Terms of Use (last modified 1 September 2026), which treats you as the principal and Rumble as your agent for that content. You warrant that you have the legal right to submit the content and the authority to appoint Rumble as your agent. If you act for a third-party rights holder, you warrant that you have authority to agree on their behalf, and Rumble may ask you for written evidence of your rights.
The General License section also grants Rumble rights over submitted content, including, in the version read, use for training AI and machine-learning models, and use of the account holder's name, image and likeness for promotion. Go through those clauses with a client before you publish for them.
The Terms also say creator earnings are normally remitted to your Rumble account, so the owner of the account is the party Rumble pays. Agree in writing with the client which account that should be before anything goes live.
Can several people share one Rumble login?
Neither the Terms nor the Help Center pages read give a feature or a rule for it, so a shared login sits outside anything Rumble documents. Prefer roles to a shared login wherever Rumble offers them. If one login is unavoidable, make it an account the organisation owns:
- Register it with an email address the organisation controls, not one person's mailbox.
- Turn on 2FA and keep the recovery codes in a password manager or on paper, as Rumble advises.
- Name one owner and keep a dated list of who has access.
- Rumble describes scanning one 2FA QR code on several devices as a backup against a lost phone, so decide who holds those devices and keep the number small.
What is the handover and off-boarding checklist?
- Open Security Settings at rumble.com/account/security and change the password.
- Re-enter the password there to refresh the recovery codes and to remove any 2FA method that belongs to the person leaving.
- Choose Sign out of all devices.
- If the account email was personal, change it at rumble.com/account/profile. Rumble sends confirmation links to the old and new addresses; its article for people who cannot reach the old inbox (updated 11 February 2026) says the link sent to the new address is enough.
- If you gave anyone the Live Stream API link, reset it at rumble.com/account/livestream-api.
- Before the next livestream, give Studio roles only to the people who should have them, using the Participants panel.
- If the account is no longer needed, it can be closed at rumble.com/account/settings. Rumble says the email and username of a closed account cannot be reused, and that logging in within 30 days reactivates it.
What if something goes wrong?
- A 2FA device or the recovery codes are lost. Contact support@rumble.com. Rumble says you may need to verify your identity.
- The old email belongs to someone who left. Follow the change-email article; if the confirmation does not arrive, check spam and then contact Rumble Support with your account details.
- A person cannot see Studio controls. The role is assigned per participant, so check that they appear in the Participants panel and have the role you intended.
- Ownership of a channel is disputed. Keep your written authorisation and the dates on which access was granted and removed.
Where ADSSPEED fits
For teams, ADSSPEED is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that keeps many browser profiles in one place. Each profile holds its own cookies, local data and browser settings, so every Rumble account you are authorised to manage can stay signed in on its own, and profiles can be opened, stopped and organised in bulk. A proxy can be set per profile and assigned to many profiles at once. Profile data stays on your computer. It does not replace Rumble's roles or the owner's control of an account. ADSSPEED is not affiliated with Rumble.
Frequently asked questions
Can you add a moderator on Rumble?
Inside Rumble Studio, yes: open the Participants panel, select the three dots beside a participant and choose Add Moderator. What can an admin do in Rumble Studio?
Rumble's Studio article (updated 18 March 2026) says admins have broader production controls, including stream management tools and overlays, while moderators have chat-focused permissions for that livestream room: deleting messages, muting users and pinning comments.
Can you have multiple channels on Rumble under one account?

How do I remove a former team member's access to a Rumble channel?
Change the password and refresh the recovery codes in Security Settings, use Sign out of all devices, update the account email if it was personal, and reset the Live Stream API link if you shared it. Rumble's help pages list each of these actions.
